There is something uniquely healing about receiving care from someone who genuinely cares. After learning this on my own mental health journey, I entered the field of counseling to show up for others in a similar way. I know how much strength and courage it takes to seek support, and my goal as a counselor is to be a compassionate and empathetic presence as you grow at your own pace. In our sessions, we’ll work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your values, and to align those values with how you live your life. Sometimes this may involve sitting with difficult emotions, and other times it may mean celebrating small wins and simple pleasures.

I’m currently working towards my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Saint Joseph’s University, with a concentration in Addictions Counseling. I lean into a very person-centered approach, meaning that I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and have a deep belief that everyone is capable of growth and healing. The population of individuals that I work with are those with trauma, mood disorders, substance use, and relational issues. Our work together would involve moving at your own speed with intention and trauma-informed care.
